Minor Heat (Xiao-Shu in Chinese) marks the midway point of summer. This Jasmine Session Ale is the mellow cousin of the Major Heat Jasmine IPA with a light body, full of grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors from American hops, accompanied with the distinct jasmine flavors.
