Summer Solstice (Xia-Zhi  in Chinese) marks the day with the longest day of daylight when the crops are fully matured. Xia-Zhi is filled with abundant American hops, bringing a light tropical fruit and citrus aroma, accompanied by the light body of locally grown wheat.
